Brushed electric motor controller / speed controller - DC 24V 350W / 500W - VT2 POWER CARS ™ VT2 brand controller - 24V 350/500W

Tuning controller / speed controller for brush motors in the second generation of VT2. It allows you to control motors between 350W and 500W.

The controller works with any type of battery power supply.

Controller outputs - description of output cables:

1 - Thick wires - blue, yellow: DC motor

2 - Thick wires - red, black: power supply / batteries

3 - Brake: short-circuit output - output under the brake lever, when short-circuited, it cuts off the engine and turns on the brake lights

4 - Indicator: DC 4A output - charge indicators, horn, lights, alarms

5 - To put: speed control - paddles, accelerator pedal, etc. indicating devices with Hall sensor

6 - Brake lights: DC output - brake lights

7 - Power Locks: short-circuit output - switching the controller on/off

8 - Charge: charging input

How to change the direction of engine rotation - the direction of rotation is changed by swapping the blue (-) and yellow (+) wires/poles.

How to add reverse gear - reverse gear can be achieved in two ways

via a mechanical switch 'front and back to the quad' available in our offers, installed on the cables between the controller and the engine.

or, by installing 2 SPDT 100A relays, installed on the cables between the controller and the engine.

How to introduce additional speed adjustments - the vehicle speed (and thus the engine speed) we can additionally controlled by installing a 4K potentiometer on the signal cable between the controller and the throttle/accelerator pedal (Hall sensor). Thanks to this, we can, for example, control the maximum speed of a vehicle with a young, inexperienced driver.
