These low capacitance silicon PIN diodes are designed for high power, high volume switch, and attenuator applications. The PIN diodes are available in a 45W and a 50W high RF power handling variant. The SMP1331-08xLF diodes feature low junction capacitance, low parasitic inductance, low thermal resistance, and nominal 30µm I-region width. All these features make SMP1331-08xLF useful in a large signal, low-loss, and high-power switch applications. These shunt connected PIN diodes are available in a 3-pin 2mm x 2mm QFN package.
