These photodiodes support an angle of half sensitivity of ±75 degrees. The HSD9 photodiodes are built with black epoxy that filters off visible light, which then reduces unwanted noise from the visible light range. These photodiodes are compatible with industry-standard automatic machine placement and infrared (IR) reflow soldering.
