This photodiode comes in a small 2mm x 1.8mm x 0.6mm clear epoxy package. The SFH 2704 photodiode features 2kV ESD withstand voltage according to ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 (HBM, Class 2). This PIN photodiode is especially suitable for applications from 400nm to 1100nm and, therefore, sensitive to various vital sign monitoring features.
