SLG47004 GreenPAK Mixed-Signal Matrixes Renesas / Dialog SLG47004 GreenPAK Mixed-Signal Matrixes provide small and low-power components for analog signal processing and mixed-signal functions. These programmable matrixes allow individual, tunable and analog components in conjunction with configurable logic to solve a wide variety of tasks with minimal costs. The SLG47004 matrixes feature an analog temperature sensor, programmable delay with edge detector output, deglitch filter or edge detector, in-system programmability, and multiple-time programmable memory. The circuit is designed by programming multiple-time Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) to configure the interconnect logic, analog and digital macrocell, and IO Pins of SLG47004.
