Rear trailer brake connector for Tekalan MIZAR number: 36787

Soft quick brake connector (with valve) intended for output from the system to a second trailer for a single-circuit system.

The set includes: a complete bulkhead pneumatic quick connector. The set does not include the Tekalan cable, it is included in the photos for informational purposes only.

The set also includes a ø12 Tekalan clamp connector. In order to connect the Tekalan pipe with the quick connector elbow, it must be properly "made". This involves putting a clamping ring on its end and inserting a plug sleeve into the end of the cable. It is worth remembering to put the M18x1.5 clamping nut on the cable first. Detailing and the finished cable end are presented below.

Attention!!! Tighten the nut carefully and carefully, because once the ring has been tightened, it cannot be removed without damaging it.

The set includes a bulkhead connector enabling installation in the quick connector panel or rear beam of the trailer. Required hole diameter 22-25 mm, sheet thickness range 3-16 mm.
