Metal 7-pin trailer socket, type S 24V. Universal 7-pin socket, type S, intended for connecting and powering the 24V electrical system in semi-trailers, heavy-duty trailers and other heavy vehicles.

It ensures a permanent connection of the trailer's electrical installation with the towing vehicle, ensuring uninterrupted operation of available functions (e.g. lighting).

The 7-pin 24V connector is currently the most common system used to make electrical connections between trailers and tractors in ordinary applications. It consists of an N-type connector (black housing) providing lighting functions and an S-type connector (white housing) providing additional functions. In addition to the color of the housing, the connectors are also distinguished by plug inserts and contact configuration.
