      Goldmax 600 High Voltage X7R MLCCs KEMET Goldmax 600 High Voltage X7R MLCCs are conformally coated, radial leaded ceramic capacitors that have an X7R dielectric and 125°C maximum operating temperature. The 600 series meets special lead spacing requirements per MIL-PRF-49467. KEMET Goldmax 600 High Voltage X7R MLCCs offer a DC voltage range from 500V to 3KV, low leakage current, and low ESR at high frequencies. The X7R dielectric exhibits a predictable change in capacitance with respect to time and voltage and boasts a minimal change in capacitance with reference to ambient temperature. Applications include telecommunications, medical, military, aerospace, semiconductor, and test/diagnostic equipment. This series is not recommended for AC line filtering or pulse applications.
