DRV8316/DRV8316-Q1 Three-Phase FET Motor Driver Texas Instruments DRV8316/DRV8316-Q1 Three-Phase Integrated FET Motor Driver is a single-chip power stage solution designed for driving 12V brushless-DC motors up to 40W. The DRV8316/DRV8316-Q1 driver combines three 1/2H bridges with 40V absolute maximum capability and a very low RDS(ON) of 95mOhms (high-side plus low-side) to enable high power drive capability.
