SQJ2x Dual N-Channel Auto MOSFETs Vishay SQJ2x Dual N-Channel Auto MOSFETs are AEC-Q101-qualified modules that are part of the TrenchFET® power MOSFET series. The SQJ2x devices are housed in SO-8L packages with an operating junction and storage temperature range of -55°C to +175°C. The SQJ200 series has a drain-source voltage of 20VDS while the SQJ202 and SQJ204 have a 12VDS drain-source voltage. The SQJ200 and SQJ202 modules provide 20VGS gate to source voltage and the SQJ204 series offers 12VGS. The SQJ244 and SQJ208 MOSFETs offer 40VDS and ±20VGS. The SQJ260, SQJ262, and SQJ264 MOSFETs provide 60VDS and ±20VGS. Applications for Vishay SQJ2x Dual N-Channel Auto MOSFETs include e-bikes, infotainment, cameras, and radars.
