The engine is intended for popular mopeds and ATVs. Due to the fact that it has only one forward gear (full automatic, we only press the gas), even little ones can ride a vehicle equipped with this type of engine. The engine is also equipped with full external electrics, which allows, for example, the use of battery charging, installing lights, etc. in vehicles not equipped with electricity.

is the engine tuned or is it just a larger cylinder mounted on the engine?

No. This is a factory unit with all elements adapted to the factory capacity. We do not replace/replace any cylinders or kits. Engines are sold according to the factory capacity - as they were manufactured

replacement of the engine in the original frame with a horizontal engine 139FMB, FMH, etc.:

Bolt holes are standardized. The electrical wires are practically the same colors.

If you are modifying from 49cc to e.g. 125, remember about additional elements.

In the case of self-assembly, we are always here to help, especially in matters related to electricity.

electrical connections

- in the case of modification from 49cc for a larger capacity, we suggest replacing everything, i.e. the HV coil, the voltage regulator, or the ignition module. All our modules are unlocked and powered by alternating current (AC). If you have an ignition module powered by a battery (DC), also called 'battery', you must change it to ours.

How to check? If your engine has a black and red wire coming out of your engine, it means that you have AC power and you should have a spark after connecting our engine.

It may be possible to change the voltage regulator cube, or you may need to replace the wires in the cube, replace it with e.g. connectors, etc.

For each set, the customer receives instructions for connecting various types of modules, regulators that we sell, and a description of the cables to be connected - both from the engine and from the attached elements.

We send this documentation only by e-mail and only to customers who purchased an engine from us.

I have an injection engine. Will it work?

The simplest replacement applies to engines that are not equipped with injection, only a carburetor, or a regular or electronic one. If you have an injected vehicle, it looks more or less like this: If you change 1:1, i.e. 125 to 125cc, you don't do anything. However, if you are changing from, for example, 49 to 125cc, please remember that we are switching to a carburetor.

The principle is very simple.

We provide you with an engine that you can start on its side, outside the motorcycle. More precisely, we can provide you with additional elements (we often sell ready-made kits) that will allow you to start it 'short-term'...

You put such a kit in your vehicle, connect the electrics (it is not complicated), install the throttle cable to the carburetor, a chain and that's all. Well, almost, all that remains is to connect the regulator, turn off the motorcycle, etc. - explanations can be found in our manual

What to do after starting?

The customer receives a warranty card where all activities are described. One of the most important activities is to check the oil level at the beginning and then replace the oil after a mileage of about 100 - 200 km with 10W40 MOTO 4T engine oil of any company. Can I assemble the engine myself?

Unfortunately, I cannot assess this or answer it.

However, if you meet one of the following conditions:

- I don't have any wrench, e.g. no. 10, 13, 17, screwdriver, pliers

- I don't know the difference between a socket wrench and an open-end wrench

- I can't put the wires in the cube or press the pin onto the wire

- what's worse: I don't want to, I'm ashamed, I have a problem, I prefer to leave negative opinions, send pointless text messages, e-mails, etc. because I can't cope with it. Please, ask a service center or buy it from another seller. Maybe they will tell you about it there. what you want to hear and then...

It really doesn't make sense. We would like the customer to be satisfied, not that another item is sold

what about the warranty?

We do not deprive or limit these rights. Remember that:

ATTENTION!!! THE ENGINE IS GIVEN A WRITTEN 12-MONTH WARRANTY, WHICH IS ATTACHED TO THE KIT - assembly is required by the Barton Motors, Moretti service center or another service that has a signed service contract with the above-mentioned company - it is not necessary to send the engine back to the guarantor, and any repairs/adjustments may be necessary. will perform the service. Prices for installation and inspections are set individually by the service.

Warranty inspections are also required and should be recorded in the warranty book - the book is attached to the engine

We are not responsible for spontaneous modifications to vehicles and any possible consequences resulting from such modifications.
