Other features include wave solderability, no cracking or delaminating, highly thermal conductive packages, very low ESL, and non-magnetic options for minimal RF loss. The MCM series offers 1pF to 1500pF capacitance and 300VDC to 1000VDC voltage rating. The MIN series offers 1pF to 350pF capacitance and a 300VDC voltage rating.
