The S-50u memory cards are compliant with SD6.10 specification that includes SDHC/SDXC high-speed mode, 10/U3/V30/A2 speed class, SD2.0 backward compliant, and FAT32 / exFAT preformatted. These memory cards support SD SPI mode and advanced Error Correction Code (ECC). The S-50u series operate at -40°C to 85°C industrial temperature range and 2.7V to 3.6V voltage range. These memory cards are available in 16GB, 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB.
