The piston seal in the gearbox is designed to seal the internal surface of the piston which cooperates with the disc basket shaft. The sealant ensures no internal leaks that may cause the discs to slip. Worn seal accelerates the wear of the gearbox discs.

Also remember to change the oil in the gearbox.

To properly match the part to the loader, the machine's serial number is required. You will usually find it on a sign behind the operator's seat. Before making a purchase, verify whether the part will be compatible with your charger.
