Tensioner pulley and radiator fan idler bearing. Ball bearing covered with plastic on both sides and sealed, type 2RS. The bearing can be damaged in two ways: it seizes due to lack of lubrication or it develops excessive radial clearances due to overload or natural wear and tear. A damaged bearing may cause the belt to burn or become frayed.

Always remember to check the condition of the fan drive belt.
