The valve together with the hydraulic pressure accumulator is used in Manitou telehandlers.

The basic task of the accumulator is to temporarily release the hydraulic energy stored in a relatively small volume.

Its location in the loader's hydraulic system is intended to reduce pressure surges, dampen hydraulic shocks, prevent cavitation and reduce uneven operation of the machine.
