AH396x Dual Hall Effect Latch Sensors Diodes Incorporated AH396x Dual Hall Effect Latch Sensors are high voltage sensors designed for applications that require accurate speed and direction sensing. The design is optimized to operate over a 2.7V to 27V supply range to support a wide range of demanding applications. With a chopper-stabilized architecture and an internal bandgap regulator to provide a temperature-compensated supply for internal circuits, the AH3965/AH3966/AH3967 sensors offer speed and direction outputs. In contrast, the AH3968 provides two independent outputs at Q1 and Q2. The devices feature a reverse-blocking diode with a Zener clamp on the supply for robustness and protection.
