MLX91218 400kHz IMC-Hall® Current Sensors Melexis MLX91218 400kHz IMC-Hall® Current Sensors are high-speed, high-accuracy, monolithic sensors with dual OverCurrent Detection (OCD) functionality, a 3.3V to 5V supply, and an improved SNR. The IMC-Hall technology uses a flexible U-shield for crosstalk immunity and measures currents in the ranges of 200A to 2000A. The sensor provides an analog output voltage proportional to the applied magnetic flux density parallel to the IC surface. A factory-trimmed over-temperature transfer characteristic is programmable (offset, sensitivity, filtering, internal overcurrent threshold) during end-of-line customer calibration.
