AH1381/2/3 Digital Unipolar Hall-Effect Switch ICs Diodes Incorporated AH1381, AH1382, and AH1383 Digital Unipolar Hall-Effect Switch ICs are high-sensitivity, ultra-low-power components with a hibernating clocking system. This system allows an average supply current of 1.6μA at 3V, making the AH138x ICs perfect for battery-powered consumer products, gas/water meters, smoke detectors, and Internet of Things (IoT) devices. A wide 1.6V to 5.5V supply voltage extends battery operating times and supports low-voltage system microcontrollers. The advanced chopper stabilized design provides superior stability on the switch operating point over temperature and supply voltage, while the high 8kV ESD level ensures system robustness.
