These sealed switches (actuators with boots) are ideal for applications where there could be exposure to liquid and/or particulate environments. The general-purpose E6/V6 switches (actuators without boot seals) are preferred for applications where there will not be exposure to liquid or dust environments. These E6/V6 switches are available with SPDT contacts with maintained or momentary action or DPDT contacts with momentary action.
