1. Make sure the 7-pin transmitter is properly seated in the 7-pin socket.

2. Make sure the antenna is properly and securely mounted in the 7-pin transmitter.

3. Ensure that the vehicle's electrical and lighting systems are fully operational and functional.

4. Check that the Connix ™ lightweight battery is in fully charged.

5. make sure Connix™ is paired with the correct 7-pin transmitter. If in doubt, repeat the pairing process, refer to the user manual.

6. Connix ™ shows any signs of damage, replace if necessary.

7. Always read the user manual vehicle regarding compatibility with trailer lighting.

8. Make sure that the LH (left side), RH (right side) lights are correctly aligned and installed in the vehicle.
