AL8853AQ Boost Controller Diodes Incorporated AL8853AQ Boost Controller is an automotive AEC-Q100 highly integrated and cost-effective boost controller. This controller contains a Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) boost driver that uses current-mode control and fixed-frequency operation to regulate the LED current. This LED current is sensed through an external current-sense resistor. The AL8853AQ boost controller operates at a wide input voltage range of 6V to 40V and has a high-precision feedback reference voltage of 200mV. This boost controller offers PWM to analog dimming mode for a wide range of dimming controls and features a 400kHz fixed switching frequency. The AL8853AQ boost controller is ideally used in automotive LED lamps, fog lights, reversing lights, headlights, auto head-up displays, and DC-DC converters.
