MPM6010 Step-Down LED Drivers Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM6010 Step-Down LED Drivers are 36V/1.5A high efficiency synchronous LED drivers with an integrated inductor. These drivers provide a compact solution with built-in power MOSFETs and two capacitors, requiring only four external components. This allows 1.5A of continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation over a wide input supply range. Protection features includes thermal shut-down (TSD), overcurrent protection (OCP) with valley-current detection, and internal soft-start. The modules are available in a QFN-17 (3mm x 5mm x 1.6mm) space-saving package. AEC-Q100-qualified drivers are available.
