TCR2DG regulators provide low dropout voltage, low quiescent bias current, and fast load transient response in an ultra-small WCSP4 package that measures 0.79mm x 0.79mm x 0.5mm. Toshiba TCR2DG Low Noise and Low Drop-Out Regulators are available in fixed output voltages between 1.2V and 3.6V and are capable of driving up to 200mA.
