These regulators operate until 50mA output current with low current consumption of 6μA (typical) and are designed for up to 45V absolute maximum supply voltage. The BD7xL05G-C LDO voltage regulators feature Over Current Protection (OCP), which protects the device from damage caused by short-circuiting or overload. These voltage regulators integrate thermal shutdown protection to avoid damage from overheating. The BD7xL05G-C LDO voltage regulators operate at -40°C to 150°C wide temperature range, 3V to 45V wide operating input voltage range, and 50mA (maximum) output current.
