TLE4276 LDO Voltage Regulator Infineon Technologies TLE4276 LDO Voltage Regulator is a low-drop voltage regulator in a transistor outline (TO) package ideal for use in automotive electronics. LDO regulators are DC linear voltage regulators that can regulate the output voltage even when the supply voltage is close to the output. The IC regulates input voltage up to 40V to VQ,nom = 5V (V50), 8.5V (V85), 10V (V10), and adjustable voltage (V) with 400mA maximum output current. TLE4276 is short-circuit-proof and includes temperature protection, which turns off the device at over-temperature. The IC can be switched off via the inhibit input, which causes the current consumption to drop below 10µA.
