    RP111x LDO Regulators Nisshinbo RP111x LDO Regulators are CMOS-based regulators that feature a 500mA output current. These regulators offer excellent line transient response, 75dB ripple rejection, low noise, and operate from 1.4V to 5.25V input voltage range. Nisshinbo RP111x regulators provide ±0.8% output voltage accuracy and ±30ppm/°C temperature drift coefficient. These regulators feature a fold-back protection circuit, a thermal shutdown circuit, and an inrush current limit circuit. The RP111x regulators act as a power source in various applications, including portable communication equipment, cameras, VCRs, camcorders, battery-powered equipment, and electrical home appliances.
