    Description
    RP130x Low Noise 150mA LDO Regulators Nisshinbo RP130x Low Noise 150mA LDO Regulators are voltage regulator ICs with high ripple rejection, low dropout voltage, high output voltage accuracy, and extremely low supply current (38µA typical). The IC consists of a voltage reference unit, an error amplifier, a resistor net for voltage setting, a short current limit circuit, and a chip enable circuit, which helps prolong the battery life. Nisshinbo RP130x LDO Regulators offer a low supply current performed by the CMOS process and perform with a low dropout voltage due to a built-in low on-resistance. Other features include a voltage range of 1.7V to 6.5V and an output voltage range of 1.2V to 5.3V. With package options of DFN(PLP)1010-4, SOT-23-5, and SC-82AB, high-density mounting on the board is possible.
