Description
TPS737 Linear LDO Voltage Regulators Texas Instruments TPS737 Linear Low-Dropout (LDO) Voltage Regulators use an NMOS pass transistor in a voltage-follower configuration. This topology is relatively insensitive to the ESR and output capacitor value. This feature allows for various load configurations. The load transient response is excellent even with a small 1µF ceramic output capacitor. The NMOS topology also allows for a very low dropout.
