NJM12884-H Low-dropout (LDO) Voltage Regulator IC Nisshinbo NJM12884-H Low-dropout (LDO) Voltage Regulator IC includes an adjustable soft-start function for reducing inrush current and controlling the power-on sequence. The discharge function makes effective sequence control with the soft-start function, and the reverse current protection eliminates the need for external SBD. This voltage regulator IC achieves high ripple rejection, low noise, and high-speed response with bipolar technology.
