    RP124 Low Supply Current LDO Regulators Nisshinbo RP124 Low Supply Current LDO Regulators with a battery monitor offer an ultra-low current consumption of only 0.3μA at no-load, extending the life of battery-powered devices. The RP124 series requires only three external capacitors, making it ideal for space-saving mounting in smaller packages. The regulators use a built-in resistor divider and voltage follower as a buffer instead of using an external resistor divider and MOSFET connected to an A/D converter. This design creates a circuit with a lower current flow to the ground, and the output is compatible with the input impedance of the A/D converter. All essential components for this circuit are integrated into the chip to save space.
