TC1017 CMOS LDO Regulator Microchip TC1017 is a highly accurate (typically ±0.5%) CMOS upgraded for bipolar Low Dropout regulators (LDOs). It is offered in an SC-70 or SOT-23 package. TC1017 is designed to be stable over the entire input voltage and output current range, with low-value (1µF) ceramic or tantalum capacitors. The TC1017 CMOS construction consumes only 53μA supply current over the entire 150mA operating load range. This consumption is as much as 60 times less than the quiescent operating current consumed by bipolar LDOs. Features include low operating current and dropout voltage, overcurrent and overtemperature protection, and power-saving shutdown mode.
