60A NavCoders Grayhill 60A Series NavCoders are three-in-one human interface devices (HID) that combine a joystick, an optical encoder, and a pushbutton on a single shaft to provide directional and rotational control. The 60A Series NavCoders from Grayhill improve operator safety by integrating three interface technologies that allow the user to navigate, scroll, and select options with very little hand movement. The joystick manipulates a cursor in four or eight directions, the optical encoder facilitates sequential scrolling through menu options, and the pushbutton performs on-screen menu selects, all without the user having to change controls. The 60A series NavCoders have a longer life than the mechanical counterparts, with 1 million rotational cycles of operation.
