The production of our racing valves begins with a one-piece forging, where the valve head is forged in a slow two-step process to maintain good material flow.

It is then CNC machined in several stages to ensure the precision of the final dimensions.

We then perform another heat treatment to stress relieve, followed by a nitride hardening treatment (or coating process depending on the application).

Finally, we perform one more sanding and then a patented surface finish to ensure that each valve is free from any imperfections and the dimensions are precise.

With every valve design, we strive to maximize durability through higher fatigue resistance and tensile strength.

Each valve tip is hardened to above 52 HRc.

It is unlikely that you will find valves from our competitors with tighter dimensional tolerances than our Supertech valves.

Combine this with ready-made retainers with equally tight tolerances and you won't find a better seal, better performance and easier to install solution anywhere!

When our Superfinish coating is combined with our Black Nitrogen, it reduces surface roughness to 1/3 of our chrome valve.
