By using Infineon's latest generation of IGBTs, it is possible to realise maximum efficiency with minimum footprint. In addition, system mechanical design flexibility is also considered by offering both CIPOS™ Tiny SIP and DIP form factors. Ideal applications for the IPM include a high-efficiency washing machine, air conditioning, fans, compressors, and industrial drives with current requirements ranging from 6A to 20A.
