Description
DRV3256-Q1 Automotive Gate Driver Unit (GDU) Texas Instruments DRV3256-Q1 Automotive Gate Driver Unit (GDU) is a highly-integrated three-phase gate driver for 48V automotive motor drive applications. These are designed to support high-power motor drive applications by providing a 2A peak source and 2.5A peak sink gate drive currents and 90V MOSFET transient overvoltage support. A highly efficient bootstrap architecture minimizes power losses and the gate drivers' self-heating. A charge pump allows the gate drivers to support 100% PWM duty cycle control.
