TB67H303HG adopts a DMOS output driver with low ON-resistance and Power Width Modulation (PWM) drive to provide high-power and high-efficiency drive. This IC provides Clockwise (CW)/Counterclockwise (CCW)/short break/stop functions. Other features include single power supply, standby function, built-in thermal shutdown, under voltage lockout, and overcurrent detection circuits.
