Description
DRV8814 DC Motor Driver IC Texas Instruments DRV8814 DC Motor Driver IC offers an integrated motor driver solution for printers, scanners, and other automated equipment. The TI DRV8814 has two H-bridge drivers and is intended to drive DC motors. The output driver block for each consists of N-channel power MOSFETs configured as H-bridges to drive the motor windings. TI DRV8814 DC Motor Drive IC can supply up to 2.5A peak or 1.75A RMS output current per H-bridge. The device includes internal shutdown functions for overcurrent protection, short circuit protection, undervoltage lockout, and overtemperature protection.
