TPD41x DC Motor Drivers & Controllers Toshiba TPD41x DC Motor Drivers and Controllers use high-voltage PWM control and are fabricated by a high-voltage SOI process. These power ICs are three-shunt resistor circuits for current sensing. The TPD41x drivers feature level shift high-side driver, low-side driver, IGBT outputs, and FRDs.
