BOS1901 Piezo Haptic Drivers Boréas Technologies BOS1901 Piezo Haptic Drivers with digital front end are single-chip piezo actuator driver with energy recovery, based on a patent-pending CapDrive™ technology. The BOS1901 drives actuators with up to 190Vpk-pk waveforms while operating from a 3V to 5.5V supply voltage. The Driver's input digital stream is written in the internal FIFO over the digital interface to generate the desired output waveform.
