The TB62212FTAG can drive up to four brushed DC motors and incorporates two pairs of H-bridge drivers. The Toshiba driver features over-current detection (ISD), thermal shutdown (TSD), VM power-on reset circuits, and drives two DC motors or a single stepping motor.
