STSPIN32F0 Advanced BLDC Controllers STMicroelectronics STSPIN32F0 Advanced BLDC Controllers feature an embedded STM32 MCU and are suitable for driving three-phase BLDC motors using different driving modes. The STSPIN32F0 embeds a triple half-bridge gate driver able to drive power MOSFETs or IGBTs with a current capability of 600mA (sink and source). The high- and low-side switches of the same half-bridge can't be simultaneously driven high thanks to an integrated interlocking function.
