    BD62120JEFJ 36V DC Brush Motor Driver ROHM Semiconductor BD62120JEFJ 36V DC Brush Motor Driver is a 1-channel, H-bridge driver IC with external Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) control in an HTSOP-J8 package. This motor driver can facilitate low power consumption by direct PWM. The BD62120JEFJ driver can operate at a wide 8V to 28V power supply voltage range with a rated output current (peak) of up to 2A (3A). This device comes with built-in protection circuits in this IC and each protection circuit operation contributes to set high reliability. These protections include Thermal Shutdown circuit (TSD), Over-Current Protection Circuit (OCP), Under-Voltage Lock-Out Circuit (UVLO), Over-Voltage Lock-Out Circuit (OVLO), and ghost supply prevention. Typical applications include Plain Paper Copiers (PPC), multi-function printers, laser printers, inkjet printers, photo printers, and FAX.
