Shock absorbers, also known as hydroaccumulators, are used in installations , where there is a periodic demand for hydraulic energy damping. The task of hydraulic accumulators is to collect hydraulic energy, dampen impacts and reduce pressure waves.

Double shock absorbers are used mainly in TUR front loaders, construction machines, cranes and other machines that are exposed to sudden pressure surges in the hydraulic system while driving or working.

Shock absorbers are selected according to three main dependencies:

Technical data:

The shock absorbers are factory-charged with nitrogen at a pressure of 70 and 30Bar. They have a mechanism that allows you to easily and safely reduce the charging pressure according to the individual needs of the user. The ball valve is used to turn the shock absorption on and off depending on your needs.

Why two shock absorbers?:

The set has one so-called shock absorber. soft and one hard. The pressures on both are different, set specifically for operation in TUR front loaders or other similar agricultural machines and construction loaders. Different pressures provide cushioning under different operating conditions.

When the vehicle is moving with a load and when the vehicle is moving without any load. In each of these cases, a different shock absorber will be responsible for shock absorption.
