VUBATYP AB HYDRAULIC VALVE BODY 3/4'Production:

Application:

It is widely used in hydraulic systems in agriculture, horticulture, forestry, construction and broadly understood industry.

The body is the element in which the VUBA cartridge is mounted, at the same time it allows the cartridge to be installed directly into the actuator.

Application of the VUBA valve:

The valve is mainly mounted to various types of hydraulic cylinders, e.g. telescopic ones in loading trailers.

It protects hydraulic cylinders that are exposed to high forces pressure. It closes the oil flow in the event of a pipe rupture, protecting against loss of oil in the cylinder and in trailers against sudden lowering of the unloading box.

Principle of operation:

Immediately after a pipe rupture, the oil momentum which located in the actuator, it blocks the valve and stops the oil leakage. The actuator remains in the position it was in when the cable broke. The valve thus gives time to replace the damaged pipe and return to operation without major financial and environmental losses.
