6-SECTION HYDRAULIC DISTRIBUTOR P80 Replacement for: 06P80 6xA1 GKZ1

Application:

It is widely used in hydraulic systems in agriculture, horticulture, forestry, construction and broadly understood industry.

The distributor is adapted to various types of machines such as: agricultural machines, tractors, sprayers, tourers, cyclopes, HDS loaders, construction machines, loaders, excavators, sweepers, industrial machines and other hydraulically controlled devices.

Technical data:

Recommended oil flow in the system: 0 - 80 l/min.

Example control: five double-acting actuators.

Possibility of serial connection to the existing system (pressure sleeve required).

Control:

All levers are three-position (1 - 0 - 2), spring-loaded, i.e. they return to the vertical by themselves:

Neutral position 0 (lever set vertically), the actuator piston rod is standing - the oil goes to the overflow.

Working position 1 (lever set in a forward diagonal position), the actuator piston rod extends.

Working position 2 (lever set in an oblique position backwards), the actuator piston rod retracts.

Connection:

Power supply from the pump (P1, P2): BSP 1/2' internal thread ' or BSP 3/4'' - depending on delivery

Return to the tank (T1, T2): BSP 3/4'' internal thread

Sections (A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6): BSP 1/2'' internal thread

Serial connection (N): BSP 3/4'' internal thread< p>

Maximum supply pressure: 250Bar

Maximum return pressure: 50Bar

Maximum pressure on sections: 300Bar

The overflow valve is factory set to 175Bar

Possibility of self-adjustment, full turn change by 30Bar.

Recommended oil temperature range:

Permissible ambient temperature : -40 C to +60 C

Permissible oil temperature: -15 C to +80 C
