As a basic version, it meets many requirements. The VGUPKIT universal gas tester and filler is an irreplaceable device for most hydraulic accumulators available on the market.

It is used to check and filling the pre-pressure of diaphragm, piston and diaphragm vessels.

To use it, it is screwed to the accumulator relief valve and a high-pressure hose is connected to the nitrogen cylinder.

The device fits the connections 5/8“, 7/8“, VG 8 and for all used tanks with M28x1.5 filling connection

Use: Before checking whether the gas pressure is changed, empty the tank.

Each set is accompanied by an instruction manual in English.

Checking and reducing gas pressure: In this case, it is not necessary to connect a hose.

The device is equipped with a non-return valve that prevents the outflow gas through a hose connection.

Increasing the gas pressure: When we want to increase the pressure, we must have a sufficient number of nitrogen cylinders with the appropriate pressure at our disposal.

If we do not have them, to obtain the desired higher pressure , we can use a nitrogen charger.

The applicable safety regulations must be strictly observed.

The nitrogen used should have a purity level of 99.8%, commonly available nitrogen meets this condition.
