Application:

Precise gear divider, designed to equally divide one or two independent oil streams into four equal streams. In the case of one feed stream, it is recommended to divide it into two smaller ones with a pre-divider.

Intended for devices and machines that require a precise division of the oil stream regardless of the inlet pressure and the load of the working receivers. such as motors or actuators.

Principle of operation:

The divider works equally precisely when the oil flows in the opposite direction. The compact design does not require much space and offers a wide range of applications. Mainly used to control differently loaded hydraulic actuators or hydraulic motors working concurrently, and their equal operation is a technical priority.

Equalizing reset valves, mounted on each section of the divider, allow the error to be reset after each completed cycle of actuators or motors . The divider with error resetting valves is recommended for machines in which actuators or motors operate in a large number of cycles, where there is a risk of accumulating errors in the division of the oil stream.
