Application:

It is widely used in hydraulic systems in agriculture, horticulture, forestry, construction and industry in general.

Principle of operation:

The regulator divides the main oil stream from the pump into two independent streams that can power two independent hydraulic systems. It allows you to set a specific flow on the first main receiver, excess oil is drained to the second receiver. When changing the pump capacity, the main receiver always receives the same amount of oil, the flow varies only on the second receiver.

It is ideal for tractors and other machines where one pump powers the steering system (orbitrol) and the main hydraulics (loader leading). A constant flow is then set on the orbitrol, the rest of the oil will power the hydraulics in the loader. The amount of oil fed to the loader depends on the pump's capacity at a given moment. The amount of oil supplied to the orbitrol is always constant, which ensures smooth and efficient operation of the machine.

Connection and adjustment:

The valve is adjusted using a knob, the settings can be secured using a lock nut . It has an output for connecting a pressure gauge.

Connect E to the supply line and P to the priority receiver or to the hydraulic system line where flow regulation is required. Connect B to the second receiver.

Pressure compensation:

The regulator has compensation, i.e. there is no drop in oil pressure behind the valve. Thanks to this, after adjustment, the engine retains almost its original torque. Ordinary throttle valves, when used with engines, heat the oil, they also have no compensation, which means that when the engine speed is adjusted, the engine also loses power.
