Hydraulic Systems Diagnostic Kit. SKRAW-MET CODE: [8055] An ideal set - used for permanent and periodic diagnosis - mainly of HYDRAULIC PUMPS, but also of hydraulic systems (mobile or stationary) and individual power hydraulics elements (i.e., for example: Engines Hydraulic or Hydraulic Actuators)

It can be used in the broadly understood industry, agriculture, construction and forestry.

The set includes, among others, a throttle valve, an overflow valve (safety), an overflow valve spring (which allows the working pressure range to be increased to 300 bar), two types of pressure gauges (250 bar and 400 bar) with a flow meter.

All these elements are made of high-quality materials, and thanks to them, with impeccable precision — we can safely, on an ongoing basis, control the increased pressure in the system we are interested in.

In addition, we can also measure the oil flow rate and its temperature.

The need to use higher pressure in the Hydraulic Actuator or increasingly worse performance results of the tested hydraulic pump or hydraulic system - these are reasons that cannot be ignored, as they are signals of a potential failure of a given system. By purchasing the set shown above and using it - we open up the possibility of predicting an unexpected failure of a given system or element of the hydraulic system - which, willingly or unwillingly, as a result of overload or natural wear, can be damaged and, consequently, destroy other elements.
